I am David Bendtschneider and I have been a Licensed real estate associate in Wisconsin since 2005. I have spent that entire time with North Country Real Estate, Inc. I have been a Realtor member (National, State, Marinette County) since 2005.

I have managed/owned several real estate related businesses during my real estate career. They include, property management, property maintenance, and firewood production.

I am currently involved with the county park system. I am familiar with Marinette County’ natural resources, and it’s extensive public lands.

I enjoy camping, hunting, fishing and geocaching.
