I am Thomas Guarisco. I recently obtained my Real Estate license for the State of Wisconsin. I am pleased to report my real estate career is off to a strong start. In only a couple of months practicing real estate I have secured several listings, offers to purchase, and successful closings. All this in what I am told are the off season months.
I graduated with my Associates degree in 2011 from UW Marinette, and in 2014 from UW Eau Claire with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
I am currently schooling and training to become a Certified Residential Appraiser.
My interests include, hunting, skiing, working out and dealing with real estate! I take great pride in being professional and enthusiastic, aspiring to be your perfect REALTOR!
